From technique to accountability, working with a personal trainer ensures that you are optimizing your time in the gym, performing exercises safely, and pushing yourself to your fullest potential. Your trainer will guide you through a customized program that targets your specific goals and considers your unique needs.


This is ideal for someone new to the gym who would benefit from a fully structured 3x a week training routine. Every session is mapped out for the client and organised into 3 tailored workouts, building exercise familiarity and confidence in the gym environment.
The goal of this plan is for clients starting here, to gain knowledge of training principles and graduate to feeling confident enough to begin training alone.

Gold Plan

What’s Included:

Red Plan

This training program sees the client train with their personal trainer twice a week. Progressing the client to more advanced level exercises and building the clients knowledge of the anatomy.
The client will then receive “homework” tailored to compliment their goals, and will be encouraged to start training once a week solo. This begins to build the clients confidence and proficiency within the gym and is the first step to developing a life long healthy habit.

    • enhance your program by training 2x per week with a certified trainer

$400/month


Onyx Plan

This plan sees the client training once a week with a personal trainer for an advanced guided session, focusing on specific areas of attention. “Homework” will also be provided to the client for their solo workouts, and time during each session will be allocated to track the progress being made.
