No one wants to feel lost in the gym. Staring at a strange contraption you’ve never seen before can be intimidating. So we have taken the guess work out for you. Every machine at Thunder Fitness has it’s own unique QR code taking you to a full instructional video detailing how to set the machine, adjust every handle, and how to safely perform the exercise. You’re never alone at the Thunderdome!
